Take J14 off the M6 and follow the signs for the A34 to Stafford, Stone and Uttoxeter. Straight over the roundabout onto the A513.
After about a mile, take a left onto the B5066, Sandon Road. Follow Sandon Road for about another mile and take the right hand turn, Within Lane. Look for the sign to Hopton Heath Battlefield and Monument. Ivy Cottage is a few hundred yards on you right hand side.
