We are a family owned business with over 34 years experience in the Park homes business

We have two Park Home Estates, one in Cheshire and one in Staffordshire, both set in beautiful rural countryside settings, small pets are welcome at our discretion. For the retired, semi-retired and over 50's.... you too can live the dream and feel secure in the privacy of your own home.

There are several different styles of Park Homes to choose from and all built to high standards using modern materials throughout, low maintenance and cost with high levels of comfort. Homes are delivered fully furnished with a choice of fixtures and fittings, carpets and curtains. They come complete ready for you to move in and enjoy the Park Home life style.

Park Homes are economical to own requiring very little maintenance, warm cosy and energy efficient - so no big heating or repair bills! All our homes are modern, central heated and double glazed, for effective security and low energy costs.

Our parks are situated in different locations and each has its own unique feel - partly by design, but, mostly by our park home owners who in their own special way make the parks such lovely places to live.
